yes i like seal.   shut up.

~ariakitty gets down here in dallas on the 20th, and we fly out at redeye wednesday the 21.  i am SO stoked to be going to the san diego comic con.  ive never been to california before, and its going to rock so hardcore.  there are a few things id like to do, that i dont know if ill have the time to do.  like kayaking at la jolla.  i have a friend who used to live in san diego who said its amazingly fun, relaxing, adventerbound, and beautiful.

ive been trying to go through my watch, and id really like to clear it out before i go to san diego, but im not sure if it will happen.  i go through phases where its really difficult for me to comment on deviations.  thus, things will sit in my watch for weeks; i know i want to comment on them, but i just dont have the drive and desire to sit down and give a good comment.
and ive been really bad about replying to comments lately.  those are also amounting in my message center.  i will reply sometime ... it just might take me a bit. :devilish:

i want to marry a cowboy.

Aww yeah, that sounds so cool. I went to the Chicago con like, four years back, and it was awesome! Granted, that was Chicago and this is San Diego, and there's an ocean nearby as opposed to a huge ass lake, but still, similar ballpark or something. Hope you get to do some of that kayaking.

Sadly I didn't get to any of the museums while I was there, time crunch issues and not knowing the area and all that. I don't know about not beating the California sun though. I mean, we live in Texas during the summer, how much more sun can you get?

Todays forcast, skin cancer. SPF 10000 recommended. ;)

Have a safe trip though.

... I am so VERY envious...

... but if I went, I'd probably melt the numbers off my credit card and come home with crates of stuff...

... living dangerously, are we? :D

... or as Confucius once said, "one can not live on bread alone... one needs peanut butter and comic books to achieve true enlightenment..."

... I'm paraphrasing, of course...

"... don't knock it until you've tried it..."

... SPF 30, I mean...

... no, wait, you live in Texas...

... nevermind... :ohmygod:

... or in the words of another redhead, Woody Allen once said, "I don't tan, I stroke..."

what you do, is find the ones that just don't speak to you - and checkmark them.
then you can go back and just comment on the ones you like. its what i do and it tends to work on lessening the number of things i have to look at.

but have fun at the comic con!
